Custom Built-In Banquette Seating – Lounge Remodel

Overview

This project transformed a bright kids’ playroom into a calm, multipurpose lounge for building residents. The goal was to create a comfortable, grown-up space where people could relax, read, work quietly, or meet with friends. We designed and built custom L-shaped banquette seating that anchors the room, adds plenty of seating, and fits seamlessly with the new finishes and lighting.

The former playroom is now a quiet, comfortable lounge that residents can use. The custom banquette seating provides generous, durable seating along the perimeter while keeping the center of the room open and flexible. Warm wood tones, coordinated upholstery, and integrated power outlets give the space a polished, hotel-like feel that significantly elevates the building’s common-area amenities.
